Rose C. was admitted to Riverhaven Nursing and Rehab Center in September of 2018. Mrs. Cleary came to our facility not able to bare weight in her lower extremities. During her stay Mrs. Cleary received physical and occupational therapy. Our wonderful therapy staff worked with her on exercises to improve strength and endurance along with practice of safe transfer techniques. After weeks of hard work and dedication, we are happy to tell that Mrs. Cleary is now back in the comfort of her own home. During our recent checkup Clearly states “ I am very happy to be home.” Mrs. Cleary also says she enjoyed her stay a Riverhaven and appreciates everything the staff done for her.
