High-Five!!!

Our beloved nurses Jessica (left) and Unit Nursing Manager; Carla (right). Carla recognized Jessica for a job well done during our state survey preparedness. We love recognizing our teammates and these plaques represent the hard-work and dedication exhibited by our team. We implemented a unique and effective way to motivate our team during the weeks leading up to our state survey with River Haven Bucks (awesome idea Jay!) to purchase snacks and soft drinks in our team’s High-Five grocery store. (Welcome to the Candy Shop is sung upon entry). Teeheehee. LOL. Congrats River Haven on an OUTSTANDING survey result. You Rock!!!
