Welcome Interim Administrator Manny Alverez!!!

Manny will be with us during our transition period as we find the best suited administrator for our successful skilled nursing facility. He is coming into a facility that has beaten the odds by having an AWESOME survey compared to previous years and has undergone a complete turn around internally. The baton was handed off by Derek Holbrook this October 14, 2019.

Manny comes to us with a plethora of experience ranging from 22 years in the military and is a retired officer. His stent with Long-Term-Care has been going on since 1996. He started out in Human Resources as the HR Director of a 394-bed skilled nursing facility and eventually in 1999 became the Administrator. He has had Regional and VP roles in his career and is looking forward to helping River Haven achieve a great census in the next 90 days. Manny says, “I’m big on Quality of Life and Quality of Care issues.” We are thankful for his moto and encouraged by his experience.

You can find Manny roaming the halls and greeting everyone he meets. Please come by and introduce yourself. He will entertain you with his wonderful tales from his career, warm you with his continuous smile, and excite you with his genuine laughter.
