Success Story

Mr. B. came to River Haven Nursing and Rehab in March 2018 for therapy. Mr. B. has received physical, occupational and speech therapy. He has worked extremely hard for the past few months. During this time, he has gone from requiring extensive assist for everything to standing and walking without assistance. He is a shining example of how hard work and determination can be rewarding. We are actively planning a discharge for this resident to safely return back to the community.
