River Haven Rocked the Annual State Survey!!!

The results are in, you’ve heard it here first. That’s right folks… the state surveyors were smiling, dancing, and singing on day one during our activities while waiting for lunch to be served. They said, “we are proud to see that you have upheld the facility over the last year and the improvements you’ve made are apparent everywhere you look. Happy residents, caring dedicated hardworking staff, and a nice clean facility.” The River Haven team invites you to come see these changes for yourself, take a tour, see the smiling faces on our residents, and meet our amazing team. A huge thank you to our state surveyors for their thorough inspection of our facility and to the team at River Haven for upholding the standards, uplifting the staff, and loving the residents.
