A Letter from the Administrator

Dear Reader,
In reflection, November was a wonderful month of preparation and planning. We had a delicious Thanksgiving meal prepared by our famous dietary director Becca, who does such an amazing job for our community. We were able to order gold chafing dishes, which gave our meal presentation and the stylish touches of home. Our Marketing and Admissions director Justin was able to get a silent donation of gorgeous fall flowers to make the precious centerpieces we needed to dress up our tables. Our Activities Director Santana and her team created a festive fall balloon arch for the families and friends to enjoy. Out Housekeeping Director Cynthia knows how much I love shiny floors and ensured our dining room looked stunning.
As the administrator, I ask a lot of our team, to go above and beyond to be servant leaders, and to take ownership in this community. So when our Thanksgiving presentation exceeded my expectations and turned out more beautiful than I thought, you can only Imagine my sincere pride. I got teary eyed when I saw the final outcome of all their hard work, our meetings, and their dedication. I promise you we will continue to work hard for you and take good care of your loved ones. Thank you for trusting us with their care.
Warmest regards,
Teresa Belt, Administrator
